Having had this experience we thought it would be fair to offer customers who buy from our webstore a 60 day money back guarantee on any of our products. That means you get a chance to try them out over a reasonable period of time and you can get your money back if you’re not happy with the results.

If you would like to request a refund, please email team@dermazeam.com with your order number and details of the product that you would like refunded, or call us on +447757662448 so we can help you.

Please note we will refund the amount you paid for the product, and refunds can only be issued for products purchased on our own website.

The guarantee applies to the first time you order a particular product and for one item only; we cannot refund multiple items of the same product, buy-two-get-one-free offers or repeat purchases.

We advise that if you're purchasing a product for the first time to see if it suits your skin and want to make use of our guarantee, buy a single product, patch test it thoroughly, then try it using it regularly over a period of time. We can't make refunds for any subsequent purchases if you've bought the same product again.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.
